This book encourages kids to cook up some solid science! Using food as the tools (or ingredients), curious kids become saucy scientists who measure, weigh, and combine their way through the kitchen. Dozens of thoroughly tested, fun, edible experiments are paired with helpful photos, diagrams, scientific facts, sub-experiments and more. Whether it’s measuring pH balance with Color Changing Cookies, observing osmosis with Fruit and Nut Cous-Cous or understanding how to reduce air pressure with smiley-faced marshmallows, science has never tasted this good or been this much fun! Edible Science is perfect for my science loving, 8 year old baker!

  • My daughter would love that edible science one! She’s a bit younger than the suggested age but I might get it for Christmas anyway!
