NuWave Duralon Stainless Steel Grill Pan

When it arrived, I took it out of the box and immediately hand washed it to use right away. I already had a pork loin in the fridge for dinner that night that I normally bake but figured it was perfect to test out on the pan.

I did not add any oils or non-stick spray on the pan before adding the pork loin. I had absolutely no problem with it sticking at all. It even had some nice looking grill marks on it. Normally I would look at this mess in the pan and cringe. I am notorious for soaking pans for a day (or 2!) because I hate scrubbing them clean. Honestly, this is the easiest pan to clean that I have EVER had. I just rinsed it off and wiped it down with a soapy papertowel…DONE. The mess basically fell right off!

The next meal that I cooked in the pan the next day was some chicken. Again, I normally cook this in the oven. The oven is easiest for me to cook because I always seem to burn something on the stove. This grill pan is pretty much a no-hassle cookware. I added the chicken to the pan with a bit of water because I was afraid it would be too dry. I covered it with the lid and the chicken cooked in no more than 10-15 minutes. I flipped them one time and cleaning was as simple as the first day. The chicken was so moist and delicious, I will probably never cook it in the oven again! I have told my hubs that I could easily throw away (almost) every other pan that we have.
