  7. It’s so true how much an office’s appearance can convey about a company. I particularly appreciated the points about accessibility and the impact of a warm greeting; they really make a difference. My biggest turn offs are dim lighting and messy files stacked all over the place.

  8. I love this post! The part that stood out to me is making sure people who walk in to an office feel welcome, and that’s an important roll for people like receptionists. It’s very important that if a person works as a receptionist or a security guard that they realize they are often the face of the company. They are the first people visitors meet, so important that they represent the company well by treating visitors with respect and kindness.
