3 Parties Under $100! A Shindigz Review

I came across the Shindigz online party supply store recently and knew I had to go through them for our birthday party supplies! I was lucky enough to have Shindigz sponsor this review for us and scored 3, yes 3!, birthday party kits for under $100!! Let me break down how I got 3 Parties Under $100! A Shindigz Review:

After placing my order, which by the way was so much fun and so simple, my order arrived within a few days (Standard Shipping is 3 – 5 days. Everything was packaged nicely and the two banners that I ordered were in a separate long box (see image below). A neat bonus is the picture to color and the crossword puzzle printed on the flaps of the box!

Since we have three kids, I thought it would be fun to have them each pick a theme that they would want for their parties. My youngest was turning 8 on January 28th so she was first party. Of course, she chose Frozen!

Disney Frozen Deluxe Party Pack ($19.99)

This Frozen Kit features the sisters, Anna and Elsa! All of the colors compliment each other wonderfully. The only thing my daughter had a little problem with was the Candy Pink tablecloth. It comes included in the package but she said that she would have preferred a light blue color instead ONLY because she isn’t crazy about the color pink. We already had Frozen stickers so she decorated the tablecloth with them.

  • Disney Frozen Deluxe Party PackDinner Plates (8)
  • Dessert Plates (8)
  • Luncheon Napkins (16)
  • 9 ounce Hot/Cold Cups (8)
  • Pastel Blue Plastic Cutlery (8 spoons, 8 forks and 8 knives)
  • Candy Pink 54 inch x 108 inch Plastic Table Cover
  • 81 feet of White Crepe Streamer
  • 81 feet of Candy Pink Crepe Streamer
  • White Candy Stripe Candles (pkg of 24)
  • 18 inch x 54 inch Vinyl Personalized Banner

The Personalized Banner is a great way to add a personalized touch to your party! I ordered one for my youngest and also for my son since he is turning the ‘double digits’ this year.

We also ordered the Disney Frozen Cupcake Rings (pack of 24 – $4.99) to go on top of our cupcakes. Each pack some with 24 rings in the shape of a snowflake and feature the Frozen logo along with 5 characters from the movie; Anna, Elsa, Olaf, Sven and Kristoff. There weren’t that many rings with Elsa on it and of course she was the most popular so we had to make sure that at least the birthday girl had one first. By the way, my daughter is the one who baked these cupcakes! She’s my little baker. ^_^

I surprised her by also ordering the Disney Frozen Cupcake Stand ($7.99) to display her beautiful cupcakes. This cupcake stand is a blue and purple 3-tiered stand made of sturdy cardboard. One side features Olaf and the other side features both Anna and Elsa. I was able to wipe off a few spots of frosting after the party so my daughter could display it in her bedroom.

  • 81 feet of Black Crepe Streamer

Pick-A-Color Party Pack ($17.99)

Since my oldest will be 14 this year, she decided to skip out of a character theme & made her own! With this Pick-A-Color pack for 20, she was able to mix and match the colors that she wanted to get an Assassin’s Creed themed party:

  • Pick-A-Color Party Pack1 package of 20 9″ Plastic Plates (Chose Black)
  • 1 package of 20 12 oz. Plastic Cups (Chose White so she could draw on them)
  • 1 54″ x 108″ Plastic Table cover (Chose Red)
  • 1 24-piece Cutlery Set (Chose Gold)
  • 1 package of 50 Luncheon Napkins (Chose Gold)

I also added Numeral Candles to my order for each child’s birthday; 8, (2) 1, 4, and 0.

The Frozen party was a big hit and my daughter was extremely happy with it. I was happy with the ease of party planning and decorating without breaking the bank thanks to Shindigz!

  • I need to start planning for my son’s 3rd birthday. It’ll be here before you know it (in 9 months). Great party themes, by the way.

  • Thank you so much for sharing this. I was just talking to someone earlier this week about how darn expensive it is to throw a party. This could definitely help
