We all know we need to drink plenty of after, eat fresh fruits and vegetables and reduce processed, fatty foods and alcohol. That is common knowledge, but your body needs support in other ways too.

This post looks at some easy ways you can support your body and wellness to improve your health.

De-Stress

Prolonged exercise and meditation can help alleviate stress, experts say. Relaxation can be as simple as listening to calming music, reading a good book, relaxing in a hot tub, or playing with your pet.

Stress can cause or exacerbate many health issues, including heart disease, stroke, high blood pressure, depression, ulcers, migraines, and obesity.
