For those of you who have had Matcha Green Tea before, you know that you have to find the right recipe to use it with or it ends up tasting like swamp water. For those who haven’t used it, I hope I didn’t just scare you away! Don’t get me wrong, Matcha Green Tea is delicious in homemade lattes and I’ve even come across other recipes such as cookies, ice cream and cake! I haven’t tried any of those yet but I am completely content with my lattes. The only problem was that I didn’t have the right tools when it came to making them. Matcha Green Tea powder is hard to mix just right so you need a bamboo whisk to break it up. The Bamboo Matcha Spoon and Whisk Set by Cornucopia Brands is great for this and it comes in a lovely burlap storage bag so you can keep it all together when not in use.

I have had matcha on hand for a while so was excited to try this set out with it. I found a Matcha Green Tea Latte recipe that I wanted to share with you all.
- 3/4 C hot water
- 1/4 C milk
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp Matcha Green Tea Powder
1. Whisk together matcha and hot water.
2. Whisk in milk. I used a handheld milk frother.
3. Whisk in honey
Clean up of the Bamboo Matcha Spoon and Whisk Set is easy. I just wiped the spoon clean under water and sprayed out the whisk. I love love love this whisk set and recommend it to anyone that enjoys matcha green tea!
