Banana Nut Mini-Muffin Recipe

Banana Mini-Muffin Recipe

I figured that if I was going to do a review on the Grazia® Silicone 24 Cup MINI Muffin Pan that I should have a great recipe to go along with it! You can find that at the end of this post. 🙂

I was so excited to try out this pan because 1) It’s silicone which usually means non-stick & less mess AND 2) who doesn’t love mini-muffins?!

2349a1593531744da802617d8d7ef9fc8c1c1f94Grazia® Silicone 24 Cup MINI Muffin Pan is a non-stick food grade silicone muffin cupcake baking pan that is extremely easy to clean, safe to use in the oven, microwave, dishwasher, or freezer. It is heat resistant for up to 450°F.

  • FDA Approved
  • High Quality Construction
  • Manufactured in Socially Compliant Facility

I rubbed a bit of vegetable oil on it to CIMG5440start with. It actually suggests that you do this before 1st use.

After using it I have to say that I *really* love this pan! The muffins popped out easy but you have to make sure that they are cooled first. We were too excited & tried just a few minutes after taking them out & it started to fall apart. But after cooling, even the kids were able to pop them out themselves! Clean up was a breeze…I just rinsed it out & put it in the dishwasher!

Now for the recipe! These came out oh-so-good!!

  • Ooh those muffins look delicious! I think I need a silicon pan like that! I typically use aluminium pans when baking muffins or cupcakes and if I don’t use cupcake liners they are a pain to clean. I can definitely use this alternative. Thanks for the review!

Your recipe looks scrum-diddly-umpcious! Especially since you baked it in a silicone mold, they always make the prettiest food.

  • I have been looking for a high quality silicone pan for years. It seemed like after they originally hit the market the quality went straight downhill. Thanks!
