Best Boiled Corn on the Cob EVER
Corn on the cob is one of those foods that we love, yet rarely eat it. I’m not even sure why. When I do make it, I end up boiling the heck out of it until it’s almost inedible. Why do I feel like it has to cook for so long?! I don’t have to worry anymore because I have found a way to make the best-boiled corn on the cob EVER!
Best Boiled Corn on the Cob EVER

Ingredients
- 4 -8 Ears of corn (shucked – check out this super easy tutorial if you need help)
- Water – enough to cover the corn
- 1 C milk
- 1 stick of butter
- 1/4 C sugar
Directions
- Fill a stockpot up about halfway with water. Add milk, butter, and sugar. Bring to a boil.
- Add corn and boil for 6 – 8 minutes, or until tender.
- Remove and serve!

- 1 C milk

- Remove and serve!
This method of cooking corn on the cob is the only one I will ever use for the rest of my life. Everyone said it was so delicious and tasty. Since it is cooked in the butter, it already has that buttery taste. We didn’t feel the need to have to add more butter or even salt when we were eating them. That made the corn much less messy to eat.
