We learned about the Fall of Rome during our Story of the World lessons so I wanted to dig a bit deeper with the kids about Ancient Rome. Here are some things we found.

- Musician and artist Jeffrey Lewis sings about the factors that brought down an empire on History.com.
- The Colosseum: Building the Arena of Death animation.
- Lots of funny videos from Horrible Histories about the Rotten Romans. These are our favorite!
- Awesome Notebooking pages.
- Lots of links for units.

Thanks for the list of resources. We will be going back to start with volume 1 next year, and I will bookmark this page to come back then! We were lucky enough to get to see a special exhibit about Pompeii at the Franklin Institute earlier this month, and my kids were totally fascinated. They are excited to study ancient Egypt, Greece, and Rome next year!
