“My Chili’s Rewards” Program from Chili’s Grill & Bar
Disclosure: I am NOT Chili’s Grill & Bar. They sent me a gift card so that I could dine with them and share my experience about the My Chili’s Rewards program.
If you need additional info, help, or to manually add your points to your account, please visit Chili’s website. Thank you!
I have found an awesome FREE rewards program for foodies, such as myself – My Chili’s Rewards from Chili’s Grill & Bar! This is a neat program that allows you to rack up reward points just for dining with Chili’s…and who doesn’t love Chili’s?! The best part – You get 60 points just for signing up for FREE! 60 points can get you started with an appetizer or dessert BUT is not limited to that. We had a chance recently to check it out for ourselves firsthand!
Chili’s Grill & Bar guests can use the Ziosk tablet that is on their table or the Chili’s app on their mobile devices to sign up and track their reward points. The Ziosk can also be used to redeem your points when paying your check. Chili’s is the first restaurant of this size to use this tabletop device for a loyalty program allowing the guests to have full control over their rewards without relying on a server or manager!
“My Chili’s Rewards” Program from Chili’s Grill & Bar
Benefits:
- Get 60 free points just for joining the loyalty programs well as a free appetizer or dessert on your birthday
- Members receive 1 point for each full $1 spent at a participating Chili’s (excludes alcohol, tax and gratuity)
- Points can then be redeemed for almost any Chili’s menu item any day or time of the week
- To increase reward status, members can participate in challenges for extra points, like trying the latest menu item or referring a friend
Bonus points
Bonus Points are rewarded for completing challenges as a member such as:
- Ordering an appetizer or dessert and other menu items on promotion
- Spending $40+ on one check
- Visit 3 times in the first 3 weeks and receive a FREE Triple Dipper appetizer
Games!
The kids were excited to see that there were games included on the Ziosk tablet! Be warned though, to play any of the games, you have to pay $0.99. BUT, that includes ALL 30 games and it gets added onto your check when you click the button.
I ordered the Lunch Combo, which included Southwest Chicken Soup and Margarita Grilled Chicken Fresh Mex Bowl. The Bowl is now my favorite meal in a restaurant EVER! Seriously the best! The soup was a bit too spicy for me so the hubs swapped his salad with me for it and he loved it. Tastes just like chicken taco in soup form!
Paying Your Bill With The ziosk
When your server puts your check in, the Pay Check option on the Ziosk will light up with green letters. Simply sign in with your members log-in info (this will be your mobile phone number that you signed up with) and your itemized check will show up on the screen. You then have the option to Pay In Full or to Split Check By Item. This is neat for those who are needing separate checks! You then have the option to choose your rewards and then pay with your credit, debit or gift card by sliding it along the side of the Ziosk. You can also choose to add a tip and a slide bar helps you to choose the right percentage. No waiting for server to pick it up or having to take it to the front to pay!
Overall, My Chili’s Rewards is a great loyalty program and so easy to use. We had an awesome experience and will definitely become regulars at Chili’s Grill & Bar!

That is really weird since it should have gone through. Were you able to use the kiosk there to use your points? Hopefully your new points get added soon.

Me too! Though, we don’t get to go out as often as I would like.
did not get credit for my visit today on the machine at the store. my bill was for 20.78. that should bring me to 98 points.
Hopefully you received your points by now!
Program does not work in Wisconsin, Brinker restaurants different in Wis.
Aw man! Sorry to hear that.
Can you use these reward points for Appitizers?
Hi Linda! Yes, you can use your points on appetizers. Just for signing up, you will receive 60 points. 50 points will get you free chips and salsa! There are more appetizer options when you accumulate more points. Thanks for stopping by 🙂
I have been awaiting a response for over a week now. We ate at a Chili’s in Wilson, NC on Black Friday, 11/27/15. Our server was Jeff, our table was 41/1. there were 17 guests in attendance and the code on our bill was 20128. We paid for the entire food bill, which totaled $195.45 and never received credit for our points, which should have been doubled because it was Black Friday. According to our waiter, the kiosk we used was for the bar area and was not specific to our table. So the waiter offered to take care of the bill for us, but never credited the points to our account. Would appreciate hearing back from Chili’s before this drags on for too long. Thank you!
Oh wow, that’s terrible! I really hope Chili’s responds back to you soon so you can get all of the points owed to you, or at least compensates you in some way. Feel free to keep me updated.
Did not receive reward points on ticket#60045 on 1/10/2016 at lake wales, florida. Store#1378. Please add points for me.
Hi Barbara,
I’m sorry that you did not get your points yet. You should be able to contact Chili’s to let them know and hopefully get them through their contact page: http://www.chilis.com/en/pages/contactusform.aspx?AspxAutoDetectCookieSupport=1
By the way, we used to live in Lake Wales and I really miss the place!
Actually, here is the page to manually add your receipt in for your points. https://www.chilistogo.com/Pages/RewardPointsRequest.aspx

I had 128 rewards when I visited Chili’s today. I activated my rewards for 100 points by purchasing a rack of baby back ribs. The points did not count toward the meal (228 points). Why not?
How many points for a meal and when will I be able to use the points accrued?
I’m sorry you had trouble with your points.

i love the chili rewards its so appealing for me to go there knowing ill be rewarded so i love it
I know…the reward system is great!
I just signed up about 2 weeks ago, and I got an email saying my 60 sign up points expire tomorrow. We don’t go out to eat every day, so I don’t think that the points should expire so quickly. Not happy. When I called Chilis they game me this website to check. They did not know what the points were good for, which menu items, I think it needs to be more clear on things. Can my husband and I put our points together, and just have one reward plan?
Hi Conny,
I’m sorry you had trouble with your points. When you called Chili’s, they gave you MY site to check? I’m not a part if Chili’s, I only wrote this sponsored post to share about their new reward program.
I am not sure about combining your points together with your husband’s. I would assume it can’t be done but you can check on their site (after logging in to your account): http://www.chilis.com/EN/Pages/contactusform.aspx?_ga=1.258535881.255183322.1465576819&AspxAutoDetectCookieSupport=1
Hope that helps!
I have 200 points today on my rewards (July 20, 2016).
I ordered a meal and was NOT able to use the 200 points for the meal.
It would have allowed me to use some points for a drink.
PLEASE POINT ME TO THE UPDATED AND CURRENT REWARD POINTS Chart that says how many points are needed for each type of usage (drinks, deserts, meals, etc..).
Thank you
I’m sorry you had trouble with your points. The links at the very top of this post should send you to the Chili’s site for more info on how to resolve it. Good luck!
We attempted to use our 520 points last evening and you Ziosk refused the 4 digit code, our server was unable to activate the site also. Please advise, we would appreciate the ability yo use them.
Hi Ann…sorry you had problems. I would contact Chili’s through the links at the top of this post. Hope you get it resolved.
I went to Chili’s last evening & since it was my first time after signing up, I neglected (forgot, really) to put my phone number in the little kiosk, so I did not get my point. My phone number is 561.232.4211 and I spent$37.64 (which includes tip). Any way of retrieving those points? Thanks!
Sorry to hear that, Colleen. I would try manually adding them, using the link at the very top of this post. Hope that helps!
I earned 240 pts. and was notified they were about to expire but my sister passed away suddenly and I could not get to Chili’s for a few weeks to use them. I went to Chili’s tonight and they had expired. Is there any way to get them back?
I’m so sorry to hear about your sister.
I don’t know if Chili’s will give your points back so you will have to contact them. You can find that link at the top of this post.
Do Chilli’s rewards expire?
Hi Ivette,
According to Chili’s site, the 60 welcome points do expire after 2 weeks of signing up. I don’t see any info about points earned after that. Actually, I just looked at my points & it has been many months since we visited there last & the points are still there.
Very amazing ofert.!
