That is really weird since it should have gone through. Were you able to use the kiosk there to use your points? Hopefully your new points get added soon.

I have been awaiting a response for over a week now. We ate at a Chili’s in Wilson, NC on Black Friday, 11/27/15. Our server was Jeff, our table was 41/1. there were 17 guests in attendance and the code on our bill was 20128. We paid for the entire food bill, which totaled $195.45 and never received credit for our points, which should have been doubled because it was Black Friday. According to our waiter, the kiosk we used was for the bar area and was not specific to our table. So the waiter offered to take care of the bill for us, but never credited the points to our account. Would appreciate hearing back from Chili’s before this drags on for too long. Thank you!

Oh wow, that’s terrible! I really hope Chili’s responds back to you soon so you can get all of the points owed to you, or at least compensates you in some way. Feel free to keep me updated.

      Hi Gloria,

I’m sorry you had trouble with your points. I have heard of some Chili’s not honoring the rewards program. Was there a Ziosk on your table like in my images above?

Here is the link to Chili’s where you can manually add in your receipt info. If you aren’t logged in, log in and then scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page & you’ll see their link. Hope that helps!

I had 128 rewards when I visited Chili’s today. I activated my rewards for 100 points by purchasing a rack of baby back ribs. The points did not count toward the meal (228 points). Why not?

How many points for a meal and when will I be able to use the points accrued?

I just signed up about 2 weeks ago, and I got an email saying my 60 sign up points expire tomorrow. We don’t go out to eat every day, so I don’t think that the points should expire so quickly. Not happy. When I called Chilis they game me this website to check. They did not know what the points were good for, which menu items, I think it needs to be more clear on things. Can my husband and I put our points together, and just have one reward plan?

I have 200 points today on my rewards (July 20, 2016).
I ordered a meal and was NOT able to use the 200 points for the meal.
It would have allowed me to use some points for a drink.

PLEASE POINT ME TO THE UPDATED AND CURRENT REWARD POINTS Chart that says how many points are needed for each type of usage (drinks, deserts, meals, etc..).

    Thank you

I went to Chili’s last evening & since it was my first time after signing up, I neglected (forgot, really) to put my phone number in the little kiosk, so I did not get my point. My phone number is 561.232.4211 and I spent$37.64 (which includes tip). Any way of retrieving those points? Thanks!

I’m so sorry to hear about your sister.

I don’t know if Chili’s will give your points back so you will have to contact them. You can find that link at the top of this post.

      Hi Ivette,

According to Chili’s site, the 60 welcome points do expire after 2 weeks of signing up. I don’t see any info about points earned after that. Actually, I just looked at my points & it has been many months since we visited there last & the points are still there.
