I absolutely love breakfast foods but I am not a morning person. This makes it hard for me to want to make a nice big breakfast on the weekends since I can't be bothered before coffee. By the time I'm ready, everyone else has already eaten! Usually, we have "Brinner" - or breakfast for dinner
