With so many people changing their diets to gluten-free, the bread companies have jumped on board to make them readily available. Food for Life Baking Company sent me some gluten-free breads to try out recently. I was excited since I’ve never tried gluten-free bread before! They are thicker than the normal bread that we are used to and is a big difference in taste. The Cinnamon Raisin was hands down our favorite. We toasted it and added butter…yumm!
Sprouted to maximize nutrition and digestibility, this new bread is not only gluten-free but also vegan and made from incredibly nutritious ingredients like, sprouted quinoa, sprouted millet and hydrated chia seeds. Not to mention it has that familiar soft chewy texture that we love in bread!
The bread is available in four flavors: Original, Flax, Almond and Cinnamon Raisin.
