ZTE Grand X Max 2 Phablet Exclusively at Cricket Wireless | #BigBecause
This is a sponsored post written by me on behalf of ZTE Grand X Max 2. All opinions are 100% mine.
If you haven’t heard the word ‘phablet’ before, it’s a blend of two separate words – phone and tablet. ZTE’s Grand X Max 2 phablet is the perfect example of this with its large 6″ FHD LCD display. You get all the features of a mobile phone with the size of a tablet. The Grand X Max 2’s full HD display makes reading and streaming video a truly immersive experience.
ZTE Grand X Max 2 Features
- Big, brilliant 6″ full HD display
- Octa-core processing power and 4G LTE speed
- 13 MP auto focus + 2 MP fixed focus rear cameras with full HD video, 5 MP front camera
- 3,400 mAh battery that charges from 0 to 50% in 30 minutes* (with Quick Charge 2.0 compatible charger, included in box).
- Hi-Fi Music plus Dolby Audio
- Android 6.0 (Marshmallow)
The Grand X Max 2 has a Hi-Fi audio chipset and Dolby Audio. With the independant chipset, music is decoded and reproduced with less distortion and background noise. This provides a richer and more robust music experience through your headset. Dolby audio allows you to customize your sound experience for music, gaming, voice and more.
The enormous 3400 mAh battery comes with Qualcomm® Quick Charge™ 2.0 technology. It charges 75% faster, using the Quick Charge 2.0 compatible charger. From 0 to at least 50% in 30 minutes, you won’t have to wait long for this baby to charge!
- Up to 16 GB internal storage
- microSD slot for up to 64 GB card
The camera on the Grand X Max 2 is one of the best features on it. Take exceptional photos with dual rear cameras. With additional photo settings, you can produce exceptional images.
- Front camera – 5 MP, Wide angle
- Rear camera – 13 MP AF plus 2 MP FF
The Bokeh effect setting provides the aesthetic quality of the blur produced in the out-of-focus parts of an image produced by a lens.

My husband actually uses Cricket Wireless but I’m not so sure if he’s seen this phone yet. He bought a new one a few months ago but I know that he’d have loved this. I’m going to show it to him later.
I will check into this. That’s a great deal on a phone.
That camera on the phone looks amazing!
Wow… so many amazing features, looks like the perfect phone for our daughter.
Love It Great Features, Charges Must Faster & So Much Bigger I Need It NOW!!
I love a good sized Phablet! Smalls are too small, and tablets are too big. I need something for my pocket that is big enough for my fat fingers to type on!
Well, THAT’S pretty cool! I love the idea of a phone that’s big enough to do tablet work on. It’s not too big and not too small. Yay!
Cricket Wireless sounds like a great phone plan!! This phone likes like it would be perfect for everyday life!
This is a great phone for sure and I have heard great things about Cricket Wireless! I will have to check this out for myself! It takes great pics too 🙂
Looks like a great phone and not a bad price.
I have to say , I owned a zte phone before and loved it, and the only reason I changed phones was because of my hubby,,
Thank you so much for this information
I’m legally blind so need a phone that I can see
I have the Samsung Galaxy Mega 6.3 and I LOVE it but sadly the pins/prongs inside the charging port are messed up and can only charge by ac for some reason car amps aren’t strong enough
So looking to replace but haven’t found a screen big enough on the newer phones
I was going to buy one exactly like mine even though they are discontinued
but worrying about being outdated soon
I have Tmobile wonder if they carry this phone will do research
