CAPRI LIBRE
2/10 Limoncello di Capri
3/10 Ron Abuelo Rum
4/10 strawberry juice
1/10 sparkling wine
Directions: Shake Limoncello di Capri, Ron Abuelo Rum and strawberry juice with ice. Pour in a flute glass and add sparkling wine.
CAPRI SPRITZ
1 oz Limoncello di Capri
5 oz Prosecco (sparkling Italian wine)
Directions: Pour Limoncello di Capri and Prosecco directly in a flute glass. Garnish with a slice of lemon.
LIMONCELLO & STRAWBERRY SPRITZ
2 oz Limoncello di Capri
4 oz Prosecco
2-3 Leaves Fresh Basil
Splash simple syrup
1 ½ oz Fresh Strawberries
Directions: Blend the strawberries, simple syrup and basil. Pour Limoncello di Capri, strawberries and basil into shaker. Shake vigorously for 5 to 10 seconds. Pour in a tall tumbler glass and top with Prosecco. Garnish with 1 strawberry cut in half and 1 basil leaf.
